We believe that proper piloting and treatability studies finally lead to trouble free plant installations and operations, and it is therefore that we have a set of pilot plants, of UF / RO, Ozonators and Driers.
These pilot plants are installed on the clients site to test the performance of the equipment for the particular effluent. Piloting also gives an idea about the variations in effluent water characteristics over a time horizon, the data generated during the pilot plant trials is then used as the design data, resulting in a more tailor made system as compared to a design based only on off the field projections and calculations.
